I am often asked if I treat body parts other than the spine and the answer is yes! My approach is holistic, meaning I treat the body as a whole. I continually work to stay up to date through self study, additional training, and maintenance of my Sports Medicine and Orthopedics board certification, Scoliosis and Dry Needling training.   • Orthopedic Physical Therapy – Rehabilitation of injuries and diseases of the musculoskeletal system, including muscles, bones, joints, tendons, impinged nerves and ligaments - focused on movement assessment and training

  • Rigo Schroth-Based Method (Level 1trained) a form of Physiotherapy Scoliosis Specific Exercises(PSSE)

  • Joint Mobilization – Hands-on techniques to stretch the joints – not simply the muscles. We use several techniques, including Kaltenborn, Mulligan and McKenzie.

  • Dry Needling – We use a very thin filiform needle to penetrate the skin and stimulate relaxation of myofascial and muscular trigger points and connective tissues to assist in the management of neuromusculoskeletal pain and movement dysfunction.

  • Lifestyle Modification – Education and movement training to allow you to continue to remain active with less pain.

  • Running and Gait Analysis – Observational and occasionally with film, to analyze gait and running dysfunctions that are contributing to your musculoskeletal pain.

  • Workplace Wellness Education – Education to empower employees to be active participate in their health. This can be done one-on-one, as a presentation and through social media.

  • Sports Medicine – Evaluation, treatment, rehabilitation and preventative education for all levels of athletes.
